A self-directed open painting lab for ages 12 and up to practice artistic techniques. Staff will be available to assist with painting supplies during this free event.

Teens aged 14+ are invited to the YOUmedia Radio Podcasting Club/DJ Edition. Participants get 15 minutes to share their music, mix tracks, and experience the DJ vibe. This free event is held at the North Dade Regional library.

Meet a host of impressive creatures, including the Tyrannosaurus rex, triceratops, giraffatitan, microraptor, and segnosaurus! Join our intrepid explorer across uncharted territories to discover a prehistoric world of astonishing (and remarkably lifelike) dinosaurs.
Join us the second Saturday of each month from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (activities available until 4:00 p.m.) for a fun-filled afternoon of free things to do, learn, and experience with the whole family! Spend the afternoon exploring the history and culture of our vibrant city. You're invited to discover how we capture memories, experiences, and emotions through the lens of a camera. Families can take part in a hands-on workshop focused on creating a custom photo frame (bring your own photo!) and create lasting keepsakes.
A free two-hour workshop teaching life-saving skills for medical emergencies. Participants will learn how to take immediate action while waiting for responders. For ages 13 and up.
